By installing or using the Englify browser extension or accessing any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before use.

1. Use of Service

Englify is a browser extension that rewrites text you enter on platforms such as YouTube, X (Twitter), and Reddit using AI. You may use Englify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the extension to produce harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content.

You are solely responsible for the content you rewrite and publish using Englify. We do not review or moderate the output you generate.

2. Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Englify offers three plans:

• Free Trial — 10 rewrite requests at no cost, no credit card required. See Section 4 for full details.
• Pro ($2.49 / month) — a recurring monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited access to all rewriting features. Your payment method will be charged each month on your billing date. You may cancel at any time from your Plans & Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then.
• Lifetime Deal ($89 one-time) — a single, non-recurring payment that grants permanent access to Englify and all future updates. No further charges will be made after purchase.

All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes will not affect active subscriptions mid-period or existing Lifetime Deal holders.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method in accordance with your chosen plan.

We do not offer refunds for partial monthly billing periods except where required by applicable law. For Lifetime Deal purchases, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial that includes 10 rewrite requests at no cost and with no credit card required. These requests are available from the moment your account is created and do not expire.

Once your 10 free requests have been used, access to the rewriting feature will be paused until you subscribe to a paid plan. Free trial usage is counted on a per-account basis; creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free requests is a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

5. Fair Use Policy

Englify is intended for personal, good-faith use. You agree not to use the service in any way that places an unreasonable or disproportionate burden on our infrastructure, including but not limited to automated scripts, bots, or bulk processing tools.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated or scripted requests to consume rewrite credits at scale.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing AI-generated output as a standalone product or service.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or the free trial cap.

Violation of this Fair Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a fair use violation at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content that form part of the Englify service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Englify and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in AI-generated output. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Englify after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
